How do I get my reading?
All readings are LIVE & VIRTUAL, so no matter where you are in the world, you can receive a reading from Kimberly! Isn't technology amazing?!
Once your reading is purchased here, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions to schedule your appointment. When your appointment is scheduled you'll receive a link to connect with Kimberly via ZOOM for your reading.
How long will I have to wait to receive my reading after I've purchased it?
Reading sessions are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. As soon as a reading session is purchased you receive access to Kimberly's calendar to schedule your appointment.
The normal wait period is 2 weeks and up to a month, but this may vary from time to time. If you have questions regarding the wait period, please contact Kimberly directly via Facebook Messenger and she'll let you know how soon you can get in. Please note that appointments will not be reserved before purchase.
Will the information shared during my reading be kept confidential?
Readings are deeply personal and you can rest assured that anything and everything that comes up in your reading will be kept strictly confidential.
The recordings you receive after a reading are only for you. We suggest you keep them secure, as they will be deleted after they are delivered to you via email.
What if I show up late to my appointment?
First, don't stress! Simply contact Kimberly via email or messenger to let her know, if you can.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your reading will be rescheduled. You will be notified via email and invited to schedule a new appointment to receive your reading.
If you run late (less than 10 minutes), your reading will begin when you arrive and will end at the scheduled time.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
We can't always predict an illness or change of plans, right?
If you cannot make your appointment, kindly email Kimberly [Kimberly@EclipseTarot.com] to let her know as soon as possible.
We have a firm no refund policy. Once a reading is purchased, it does not expire. Should you need to cancel your appointment, you can reschedule at later date.
Can I get a same-day appointment?
Same-day appointments are not available.
If you are experiencing a crisis or challenge that is time-sensitive, and would like to get your reading sooner than what is available on the calendar you receive upon purchase of your reading, you may contact Kimberly via Kimberly@EclipseTarot.com to get on a cancellation list.
if you are in urgent need of guidance, you may contact Kimberly to request a reading within 48 hours for an additional fee of $75. She will let you know (in advance of any additional payment) if an appointment can be honored within the immediate time-frame.
For priority scheduling (including evenings and weekends), you may prefer The Shooting Star VIP reading session or contact Kimberly about becoming an Eclipse Tarot Elite with enrollment in The Light-Year.
